Adam Purcell is a Melbourne-based set dancer and photographer.
He set up Melbourne Ceili Camera in January 2017 as a place to showcase his images from Irish, Scottish, Celtic and folk dances, gigs, sessions and festivals, focusing on but not limited to events in or around Victoria, Australia.
Adam has worked with groups and organisations including the National Folk Festival, The Velvetones, QuasiTrad and the Melbourne Irish Festival. His images have been used as CD artwork by bands such as Trouble in the Kitchen and the Royal High Jinx.
Adam is based in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
